Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and cooked

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, minced (optional, for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)

Tostada shells (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: Sliced avocado or guacamole for topping

1. Make the Pineapple Salsa:
In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice. Mix well and chill until ready to use.

2. Assemble the Tostadas:
Place a layer of cooked shrimp on each tostada shell. Spoon pineapple salsa generously over the shrimp.

3. Optional Add-Ons:
Top with sliced avocado for creaminess or a drizzle of Mexican crema for a richer finish.
