Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

Oil for frying

 

Instructions:

Flatten each chicken piece slightly and stuff with mozzarella cheese. Seal well.

Dip each chicken piece into egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Fry chicken bombs until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve hot.
