Ingredients:

1 cup creamy mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar (or rice vinegar for a milder tang)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot or Crystal)

½ teaspoon salt

Optional: 1–2 teaspoons pickle juice for extra tang

Instructions:

2. Add all remaining spices, hot sauce, and optional pickle juice.

3. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
