2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for richness)
Salt & black pepper to taste

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil (if using) and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Stir in honey, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
