Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups unsweetened coconut cream

1/2 cup sweetened coconut cream

2 cups frozen strawberries (or strawberry puree)

1 1/2 cups Malibu rum (adjust to taste)

2 cups ice (more if needed for thicker texture)

Optional: 1–2 tbsp simple syrup or sugar (if you want it sweeter)

 

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.

2. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency with more strawberries, coconut cream, or ice.

3. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, fresh strawberry, or toasted coconut flakes (optional).
