4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and olive oil until they’re well combined.
3. Rub this zesty marinade all over your salmon fillets, making sure each fillet is nicely coated.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon fillets on top. Place a few lemon slices over each piece of salmon.
5. Sprinkle everything with a bit of salt and pepper, just the way you like it.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
7. If you like, finish it off with a sprinkle of fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy your salmon while it’s still warm and bursting with flavor!
