Ingredients
3–4 roasted jalapeños, skins removed, seeds removed (for less heat)
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Roast the Jalapeños
Roast jalapeños over an open flame or in the oven until the skin is blistered. Let cool, then peel, deseed, and finely chop.
2. Mix the Base
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Add Jalapeños
Fold in the chopped roasted jalapeños until evenly mixed.
4. Heat (Optional)
Serve cold or transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until warm and bubbly.
5. Serve
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.
