Ingredients (Per glass):

1½ oz coconut rum

1 oz mango juice

1 oz cranberry juice

¾ oz lime juice

½ oz grenadine

Crushed ice

Garnish:
Lime wedge

Maraschino cherry

Pineapple slice (optional)

Tropical straw

 

Instructions:

Add Ice:
Fill a hurricane or curved cocktail glass with crushed ice.

Mix Base:
In a shaker, combine coconut rum, mango juice, and lime juice. Shake lightly.

Pour & Layer:

Pour the shaken mix into the glass over the ice.

Slowly pour in cranberry juice so it layers.

Gently drizzle grenadine last to settle at the bottom and create a sunset gradient.

Garnish:
Add a lime wedge, cherry, and optional pineapple slice on the rim. Insert straw.

Tip:
For a mocktail version, substitute coconut rum with coconut water or tropical soda.
