1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup honey
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

Prep the Chicken: Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Coat the Chicken: Dip each tender into flour, then beaten eggs, and finally breadcrumbs for an even coat.
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken tenders until golden and crispy (approx. 3–4 mins per side). Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 mins.
Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, mix honey and BBQ sauce. Heat until slightly thickened.
Coat the Chicken: Toss the crispy tenders in the honey BBQ sauce until fully coated.
Serve: Plate your chicken strips and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
