Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pita bread or tortillasToppings of your choice (e.g. tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, feta cheese)
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Warm pita bread or tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
Assemble gyros by placing a spoonful of the meat mixture on top of the pita bread or tortilla.
Add your choice of toppings, such as tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, and feta cheese.
Roll up the gyro and enjoy
