For the Garlic Butter
* 4 tablespoons melted butter
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

5. Punch down the dough and divide into 12–14 equal portions. Roll each into a ball or log shape.
6. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
