Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for richer crepes)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
2. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Add salt and melted butter (if using), and whisk until the batter is thin and smooth.
4. Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting and rotating the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
6. Cook for about 1–2 minutes, until the edges lift slightly and the bottom is lightly browned.
7. Flip the crepe and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
8. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly if needed.
9. Serve warm with your favorite fillings—sweet (Nutella, fruit, jam) or savory (cheese, ham, spinach).
