6 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a tangy kick)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions

1 celery stalk, finely diced (for crunch)

Romaine or butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Optional Add-ins:

1 tbsp pickle relish or chopped pickles

Dash of hot sauce or paprika

1 tbsp shredded cheddar or feta (for more protein)

1. In a bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs and Greek yogurt.

2. Add mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix in celery and chives.

4. Stir until well combined and creamy.
