Ingredients:

8 croissants, split open

8 slices Swiss cheese

2 tbsp butter, softened

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp dried parsley

(Optional) 8 slices ham — let me know if you want me to include it!

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the Dijon mustard and dried parsley until well combined.

3. Spread the mustard-parsley butter mixture inside each croissant half.

4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each croissant.

5. (Optional) Add ham slices if you want.

6. Close the croissants and arrange them on a baking sheet.

7. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and croissants are warm and slightly crispy.

8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
