1. Prep the Fries:

Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes (optional but helps make them crispier).

Drain and pat dry.

Deep-fry at 160°C (320°F) until lightly golden. Rest. Then re-fry at 190°C (375°F) until crispy.

OR bake/air-fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Season with salt (and optional garlic or Cajun spice).

2. Grill the Steak:

Let steak come to room temperature, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Heat grill or skillet over high heat. Add olive oil.

Sear steak for 3–4 mins per side (medium-rare), basting with butter and herbs.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

3. Cook the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

Squeeze fresh lemon over the shrimp.

️ To Serve:

Plate the steak with shrimp on top or on the side.

Add a generous portion of crispy fries.

Serve with a garlic butter dipping sauce or steak sauce, and a fresh side salad if desired.
