1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Make the marinade
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
3. Preheat the grill
Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
4. Grill the chicken
Thread chicken onto skewers (if desired) or place directly on the grill. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
5. Garnish & serve
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot!
