Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber (chopped)
Red onion (sliced)
Feta cheese (cubed)
Kalamata olives
Fresh parsley
Salt, black pepper
Olive oil + lemon juice or vinegar
Instructions:

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives in a bowl.
Add feta cubes and sprinkle fresh parsley.
Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice .
Season with salt & pepper.
