4 bone-in pork chops

1/2 cup buttermilk

Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk until smooth.
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then dredge it in the seasoned flour, pressing to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the pork chops to the pan.
Fry the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
