Ingredients:

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional, for slight thickening)

1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for cheesy flavor)

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

1. Melt the Butter:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

2. Sauté the Garlic:
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant (do not brown).

3. Optional – Thicken the Sauce:
Stir in the flour and cook for 30 seconds to form a roux. (Skip if you want a thinner sauce.)

4. Add Cream or Milk:
Slowly whisk in the cream (or milk) and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.

5. Add Parmesan (optional):
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.

6. Season:
Add salt to taste. Optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley for color.

7. Serve Warm:
Drizzle over pizza, use as a dipping sauce, or brush onto pizza crusts!
