Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
For the Bombs:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned.
Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir well and cook 1-2 more minutes. Let cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheese.
3. Assemble the bombs:
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
Fold the edges up and pinch to seal into a ball. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
4. Make the garlic butter topping:
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
5. Brush & bake:
Brush each bomb with garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 13–16 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Final brush:
Optional — brush again with garlic butter when out of the oven for extra flavor!
