→ Steak Marinade
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
→ Potatoes
1.5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoned salt
→ Garlic Butter Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps to Cook

Combine steak, olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix and let sit for 15–30 minutes.
Peel and dice potatoes, rinse, and dry. Toss with olive oil and seasoned salt in a separate bowl.
Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden and tender.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds. Remove from heat.
Toss air-fried potatoes into the skillet with garlic butter steak bites. Mix and serve warm.
