1. Cook the Tortellini:

Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the Steak Bites:

Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add 2 tbsp butter and garlic. Sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Return steak to the pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, then remove from heat.

4. Make the Creamy Pesto Alfredo Sauce:

In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Parmesan and pesto, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Combine:

Toss cooked tortellini in the pesto Alfredo sauce.

Serve topped with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh basil if desired.
