Ingredients:

1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)

4–5 cloves garlic, minced (or more to taste)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for a slight tang)

Pinch of black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant—do not let it brown.

3. (Optional) Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and a pinch of black pepper.

4. Remove from heat and serve immediately over steak, seafood, vegetables, pasta, or bread.
