Shrimp (peeled)
Steamed broccoli
Minced garlic
Butter
Salt & pepper
Parsley
Lemon juice

Sear salmon in butter until golden (4–5 min/side).
Cook shrimp with garlic & parsley until pink.
Steam broccoli until tender.
