1. Prepare the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix:

Melted butter

Garlic

Lemon juice

Paprika

Salt & pepper

Reserve 1 tablespoon of this mixture for the scallops.

2. Cook the Lobster Tails:

1. Preheat your oven to broil.

2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle. Gently lift the meat up and lay it on top of the shell.

3. Place the tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.

4. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Baste halfway through.

3. Sear the Scallops:

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

2. Season scallops with salt and pepper.

3. Add scallops to the pan, without overcrowding, and sear for 1½–2 minutes per side, until a golden crust forms.

4. Turn off heat and add the reserved tablespoon of garlic butter to the pan. Spoon it over the scallops.
