1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (about 10×14 inches).

3. Layer the fillings:

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Add crumbled sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, and any optional toppings.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

4. Roll it up: Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, like a jelly roll. Pinch the seams and tuck in the ends.

5. Transfer to the baking sheet seam-side down.

Cut a few small slits on top to let steam escape.

(Optional) Brush with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian herbs.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

7. Cool for 5–10 minutes, then slice into thick rounds and serve with warm marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
