1¼ cups warm water

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1¾ teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

5½ to 6½ cups bread flour

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.

2. Add olive oil, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir well.

3. Gradually add the bread flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a dough forms.

4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 7–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
