3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp chili oil
1 tsp ginger minced
2 tsp honey
1 clove garlic minced
1 stalk green onion or cilantro
1 tsp sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Stir to mix.
Dip each dim sum or dumpling as you eat. Enjoy

Steaming Dimsum:
Frozen: No need to thaw.
Line steamer with parchment paper or cabbage leaves.
Steam over boiling water 8–12 minutes.
Filling should be hot and cooked through
