1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt and white pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, fresh dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

2. Stir until smooth and well-blended.

3. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
