Recipe:

1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1 bay leaf

Storage: 2 weeks in refrigerator

Procedures: you can either boiled the mixture or pour it directly to the jar.

In a small bowl, add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix well and set aside. Add slices of onion, bay leaf and peppercorns into the jar. Pour the vinegar mixture.
