2 cucumbers, thinly sliced or chopped

 

2 cups mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or whole

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.

2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Toss gently to combine.

4. (Optional) Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving for extra flavor.

Serve chilled for a crisp, light appetizer or side dish.
