2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
️ ½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Steak:
Cut the sirloin steak into evenly-sized cubes. Pat dry with paper towels for better browning, if desired.
2. Mix the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
3. Assemble in Crockpot:
Place the steak bites into the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat and stir to coat evenly.
4. Add Butter:
Dot the top with butter pieces for extra richness.
5. Cook:
Low for 6–7 hours
OR High for 3–4 hours
Cook until steak bites are tender and infused with flavor.
6. Finish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or with crusty bread to soak up the juices!
