Ingredients:

– 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes

– 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

– 1 onion, chopped

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup beef broth

– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

1. In a crockpot, layer the potatoes, onions, and steak cubes.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the steak and potato mixture.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until steak is tender.

4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

5. Once done, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
