Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet, your choice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional additions for more flavor:

1 tablespoon plain yogurt (for extra creaminess and tang)

Pinch of cayenne or chili powder (for heat)

Chopped parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and tahini until smooth.

2. Add lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix well until fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

4. (Optional) Stir in yogurt if using for added creaminess.

5. Chill for at least 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld.

6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or fresh parsley if desired.
