Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz / 28g)

1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for richness)

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley or chives (for garnish)

Season the Chicken:

Pat the chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle half of the ranch seasoning on both sides of the chicken.

Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Ranch Sauce:

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.

Add heavy cream, remaining ranch seasoning, and Parmesan (if using).

Simmer 3–4 minutes, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly.

Combine:

Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.

Simmer 3–5 minutes more until chicken is fully coated and heated through.

Garnish & Serve:

Top with chopped parsley or chives.

Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or roasted veggies.
