– 8 oz spaghetti

– 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

– Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Make the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Add lobster and cheese: Stir in the chopped lobster meat and grated Parmesan cheese. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the lobster is heated through.

5. Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
