Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steaks to the pan and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove the steaks and set them aside to rest.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and fresh thyme, cooking until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the steaks to the skillet, spooning the garlic cream sauce over them. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
