Ingredients:
Seafood:
1 lobster tail (or 1 cup cooked lobster meat), chopped
1 cup lump crab meat (real or imitation)
1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz), skin removed and cut into chunks
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese (more to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (more for extra flavor)
Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine, linguine, or pasta of choice
Salted water for boiling
Garnish (Optional):
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan
Lemon wedges for squeezing
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water.
2. Sear the Seafood:
Season salmon chunks, lobster, and crab with Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil or butter.
Sear salmon for 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add lobster and crab, sauté for 2–3 minutes until just cooked. Remove and set aside with salmon.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes until creamy. Add red pepper flakes if using.
If sauce is too thick, loosen with pasta water (1–2 tablespoons at a time).
4. Combine:
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce.
Gently fold in the cooked salmon, crab, and lobster.
Let everything heat together for 1–2 minutes.
5. Serve:
Plate and garnish with chopped parsley, extra Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon.
