4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the corn and sauté for 3–4 minutes (if using frozen corn, cook until heated through).

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
