Ingredients:

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve a few for topping)

1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
2. Melt the Chocolate: In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Microwave in Intervals: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat!
4. Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Fold in Oreos: Gently fold in 12 of the crushed Oreo cookies. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to maintain some Oreo chunks.
6. Pour into Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
7. Top with Oreos: Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookies evenly over the top of the fudge.
8. Chill: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the fudge is firm.
9. Cut and Serve: Once the fudge is firm, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the pan. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
