Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

1/4 cup milk (any kind – dairy or plant-based)

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)

Optional: a handful of ice or 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess

Instructions:

1. Brew your coffee and let it cool (you can also use cold brew).

2. In a blender, combine the banana, cooled coffee, milk, peanut butter, and honey.

3. Add ice if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
