1 ripe banana
1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
1/4 cup milk (any kind – dairy or plant-based)
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
Optional: a handful of ice or 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
Instructions:
1. Brew your coffee and let it cool (you can also use cold brew).
