2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

¼ cup caramel sauce

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup crushed toffee or caramel bits (like Heath or Werther’s)

Whipped cream, for topping

Extra caramel sauce, for drizzling

 

Instructions:

1. Blend:
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, cooled coffee, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Add Crunch:
Stir in the crushed toffee or caramel bits (reserve a small amount for topping if desired).

3. Serve:
Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with extra caramel sauce, and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.

4. Optional Touch:
Garnish with a mini caramel candy or a coffee bean for a cafe-style presentation.
