Instructions:
1. Mix Marinade:
In a bowl or jar, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
2. Marinate Steak:
Place steaks in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over, ensuring all sides are coated. Seal and refrigerate.
3. Marinating Time:
Minimum: 30 minutes
Ideal: 4–8 hours
Max: 24 hours (especially for tougher cuts like flank or skirt steak)
4. Cook:
