Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Optional Toppings:
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
2. Cut Cinnamon Rolls:
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4–6 bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix Batter:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
4. Dip & Cook:
Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, making sure they’re coated but not soaked.
Place the coated bites onto the heated skillet.
Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Warm the Icing:
While the bites cook, microwave the included icing for about 10–15 seconds to make it pourable.
6. Serve:
Drizzle warm icing over the cooked bites.
Serve with maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
