Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter

Optional Add-ins:

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (if you prefer it sweeter)

A handful of ice cubes (for a colder, thicker texture)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds (for added nutrition)

 

Instructions:

 

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
