2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners or lightly grease it.
2. Melt the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-second bursts), stirring until smooth.
3. Add a pinch of salt, then stir in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and press down gently to form a firm base.
5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
6. Spoon melted chocolate over the cereal mixture in each cup.
7. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
