2 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs, with cream (you can substitute generic chocolate sandwich cookies for the Oreo brand)
¼ cup salted butter, melted and cooled
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter, I used Reese’s brand
1 ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
28 Reese’s peanut butter minis (you can add 2 peanut butter minis per cup – 56 total if using 28 cups)

1. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.

2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of small serving cups or jars to form the crust layer. Set aside.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the peanut butter and continue beating until fully combined.

5. In another chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.

7. Spoon or pipe the peanut butter filling over the crust layer in each cup.

8. Top each cup with 2 Reese’s peanut butter minis.

9. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top for a rich finish.

10. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Perfect for parties or anytime you need a no-bake chocolate-peanut butter fix!
