Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
¾ cup milk
¼ cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk and butter until the butter melts and the mixture is just about to simmer.
2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips.
3. Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
4. Let cool slightly. Use warm for pouring or chill for a thicker consistency.
⚰️ Chocolate Grave Pudding (Rich cocoa pudding – could be served with crushed cookies on top for the “grave” effect)
Ingredients:
¼ cup cocoa powder
⅔ cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups milk
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and flour.
2. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and bubbles gently.
4. Remove from heat, stir in the butter until melted.
5. Pour into cups or bowls and let cool. Top with crushed cookies and decorations for a graveyard theme, if desired.
Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed milk and brown sugar.
2. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly (about 5–7 minutes).
3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
4. Let cool before using – it will thicken more as it cools.

Layer in a small jar or cup:
1. Spoon of chocolate grave pudding
2. Drizzle of caramel sauce
3. A layer of ganache
4. Top with crushed cookies or chocolate crumbs
5. Insert a cookie “tombstone” for decoration
