Decadent brownie bites stuffed with gooey chocolate chips—perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings!
Ingredients:
1 cup brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Mix Batter:
In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.
3. Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the chocolate chips, or if you want gooey centers, reserve them for the next step.
4. Shape Brownie Bombs:
Scoop about a tablespoon of batter and flatten slightly in your hand. Place a few chocolate chips in the center and fold the batter around them to seal.
5. Bake:
Place brownie bombs on the baking sheet or in the muffin tin. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
6. Cool & Serve:
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
