Cheesecake
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream

Chocolate Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Additional
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 cup chocolate cake or brownie pieces, cubed
½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate shavings (for garnish)

1. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and Baileys Irish Cream. Mix until light and fluffy. Set aside.

2. Make the Chocolate Whipped Cream
In a chilled mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat.

3. Assemble the Trifle
In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer as follows:
– Crushed Oreo cookies
– Cheesecake mixture
– Brownie or chocolate cake cubes
– Chocolate whipped cream
Repeat layers as desired. Finish with a topping of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips or shavings.

4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow layers to set and flavors to meld.
